2021, the newly completed $27 Million Dollar renovation of the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort & Spa featuring 491 guestrooms, 58 suites, corridors, and full bath conversions. Located in the stunning rolling Austin Hill Country in Texas.
Services included: Model room, preconstruction, Warehousing, ADA and suite conversions, Guestroom finishes, and FF&E install. Project was completed on time and under budget.
